Have you ever heard of the expression ‘Spreading yourself too thin‘? It means to try to do too many things at the same time, so that you cannot give enough time or attention to any of them. When I jump into a project that I develop a passion for I tend to go ‘full bore’. When I started down this streaming/video creator path in the Fall of 2020 that is what I did. You hear too many stories about people stealing ‘branding’ and ‘names/nicknames’ so I grabbed what was the important platforms to start. When you hit a homerun with a name and a concept you gotta protect it because there are the ‘jealous ones’ that want to steal it (already came across a few Copy Cats over the last 2 years that renamed their old channels).
But with that said that means a lot of work.
IF I WAS…in the 15-35 age group category, had more people helping out like friends/family (sadly no one else I know locally has the same passion), no real life responsibilities, still had the attraction of youth, female with a low morals and high confidence with boobs to show, single and doing whatever I wanted until the long hours of the night, or finally I was fortunate enough to already have money and nothing to lose – well that would be one thing (nah I ain’t bitter…just frustrated at times). All that being said, lots to do and not enough hours in the day.
So with my “Creator Hobby” (hopefully full time one day) it was a balancing act trying to make EVERYTHING great and not making JUST ONE THING great. Kinda like a 2/10 on everything if I was lucky. Trust me – $20,000 spent later (credit cards can be a blessing and a curse) trying to make it work and still starting BUT the foundation is there like I had a team working on it all. Just cant maintain as a solo act.
With that, I am not focusing anytime on the other platforms listed in this resource – https://linktr.ee/mictimewithmike until the MAIN PLATFORM CHANNELS (below) get the attention and love they deserve.
The following in order of importance:
1) Youtube | https://www.youtube.com/mictimewithmike
2) Twitch | https://www.twitch.tv/mictimewithmike
3) Facebook | https://www.facebook.com/MicTimeWithMike
So the Youtube channel is ALWAYS the main and will most likely end up winning the streaming wars. I will keep you posted but it will be pretty apparent when the subscribers/followers are over 1000 on all 3. Wish me luck as I aint giving up.
Thank you as always for the Sub/Follow Support.
